At ACCESS, our Academic Coaches provide individualized support for students in grades 4–12. We focus on strengthening both academic skills and the executive function strategies that drive long-term success.

We specialize in:

  • Executive Function & Study Skills – Students learn how to stay organized, study efficiently, and feel less stressed.

  • Core Subjects – Better grades, stronger understanding, and renewed classroom confidence.

  • Test Preparation – Higher scores, more college opportunities, and reduced test anxiety.

How We Coach:

  • Online Support – Interactive virtual sessions that make expert coaching accessible from anywhere.

  • In-Person Support – One-on-one academic coaching at home, offering personalized attention and convenience.

Summer Programs
with Academic Coaches

Summer at ACCESS is more than a break—it’s a chance to grow with guidance from our Academic Coaches. We transform free time into meaningful learning experiences that prepare students for the future.

Programs for students ages 7–17 include:

  • STEM Exploration – Students develop technical and creative skills that give them a real-world edge.

  • Academic Boosts (Core Subjects) – Students return in the fall prepared, confident, and ahead of the curve.

  • Test Prep Intensives – Students sharpen test strategies and build the confidence to excel under pressure. Focused SAT, ACT, PSAT, and ISEE coaching

School & Educator Coaching

Our mission extends beyond individual students. ACCESS Boston partners with schools, teachers, and administrators to integrate STEM innovation and educational technology with the same coaching mindset that drives student success.

We offer:

  • Professional Development with Academic Coaches - Teachers gain confidence in using technology that directly supports student outcomes.

  • School Technology Assessments - Schools save time and resources by ensuring technology aligns with their educational goals.
